Phishy Domains
Phishy Domains allow you to create custom domains and subdomains for your simulated phishing emails and educational landing pages.
Note: Infosec will only approve domains that your organization, or company, can certify that you are authorized to use. Any domains that are impersonating an existing brand or website will not be approved.
Getting Started
- Navigate to PhishSIm > Phishy Domains.
- Here you will see a list of domains. Public domains can be used by all Infosec IQ customers, while private domains are only available in your account.
- To add a subdomain, hover over a domain and click Settings.
- In the popup window, you will see a list of all existing subdomains for the chosen domain. You can optionally add another subdomain.
Note: The Infosec IQ team will need to approve your subdomain before it is available for use.
Registering a Custom Domain
- On the left side of the screen, the domain counter displays how many private and public domains you can register.
- To register a custom domain, click the Register Domains button.
- Enter the domain name you wish to register and choose a Top Level Domain from the drop-down list.
- Click Check Domain to see if the domain is available. If your domain is unavailable, choose another and try again.
- If the domain is available, you will also see a Status box, which allows you to choose whether the domain should be public or private.
- Click Register to submit your domain for registration. Once your domain has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email notification. Please allow 3-5 business days for review.
